This gorgeous bottling of Clynelish comes from Elixir Distillers in the Single Malts of Scotland: A Marriage of Casks range.

This bottling is a marriage of just two casks, one hogshead and sherry butt, both of which have been matured for 22 years.

Nose: apple juice, engine oil, pine needles, pear compote and sponge.

Taste: gooseberries, custard tarts, smoked paprika and oaky spice.
