Crag & Tail Gin
Named after hilly formations prevalent in Scotland.
Example: Edinburgh Castle - The crag is the rough vertical rock face and the tail is what makes the royal mile (caused by shifting glaciers) Even closer to home for them is Dundee's Law Hill. They wanted to give a subtle nod to Scotland seeing as it is distilled and bottled in their motherland - in Angus to be precise, where they are from!
Taste: Well rounded and balanced, citrus immediately present, with the spice building throughout but nothing overpowering. The finish is clean and refreshing. Pair it up with your favourite tonic ice cold, and garnish with a wedge of zesty lime.
Perfect Serve: Have your gin the way you like it. A great starting point is the classic though - some quality tonic water and a wedge of lime.
