A handcrafted dry gin, which produced from 100% Scottish Juniper and Rosehip.
Distilled in Scotland in a Copper pot still.
The Crossbill Gin takes its name from the Scottish Crossbill, a native, which like the juniper supply, can only be found in the ancient Caledonian pine forests of Scotland.
The only Gin (so far) to produce Gin which uses 100% Scottish juniper.
Handcrafted using the crystal clear Speyside water. Crossbill Gin - Inshriach farm, near Aviemore.
