Details
Distilled from clear wort during the winter of 2006 with a slow distillation regime, very high and narrow cut points where Daftmill collect the lightest most delicate flavours from their barley malt.
This winter release (bottled in 2018) contains whisky from 6 first fill Bourbon barrels. Cask 080/2006, 081/2006, 082/20006(typo on label?), 083/2006, 084/2006, 085/2006 which were all filled on the 16th December 2006.
