Details
The barley variety Concerto was grown in the South fields and harvested on the 2nd and 3rd of September 2011.
It was then dried and stored on the darm to be malted in Alloa during the Spring of 2012.
The twenty-three first-fill barrels in this release, which had previously been used to mature bourbon, were matured on the upper level of their dunnage warehouse. They were filled into cask in July and August of 2012 and bottled in June 2025.
