The Dalmore 17 Year Old is an exceptional Highland single malt that showcases the distillery's long-standing expertise in sherry cask maturation and its historic partnership with González Byass.
Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the whisky is then finished in a rare trilogy of sherry casks - Amoroso, Apostoles, and 30-year-old Matusalem Oloroso. This carefully layered maturation creates remarkable depth and complexity, bringing together rich dried fruits, warming spice, dark chocolate and citrus with The Dalmore's unmistakably luxurious house style.
