Maturation Matrix
The new make spirit begins it's journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.
The spirit is the finished for 3 years in a vintage Colheita port pipes.
Tasting notes..
Aroma: Blackcurrents, rich coffee beans and praline chocolate.
Palate: Gingerbread, Damson plums and passion fruit.
Finish: Caramelised pineapple, Sanguinello blood oranges and marzipan.
