Maturation Matrix
The new make spirit begins it's journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.
The spirit is then finished for 2 years in rare aged Tawny port pipes.
Tasting notes..
English Marmalade, satsuma plums, vanilla and blackcurrents.
Palate: Honeyed bananas, blueberries and grape.
Finish: Damson plums, dark treacle and christstollen cake.
