The Dalmore Port Vintages collection showcases the special relationship that the distillery has with pioneering winemaker W & J Graham's.
Maturation Matrix
The new make spirit begins it's journey in American white oak ex-bourbon casks.
The spirit is then finished for 2 years in rare aged Tawny port pipes.
Tasting notes..
Aroma: Exotic spices, cinnamon, raisins and tangerines dipped in chocolate.
Palate: Caramelised peaches, freshly baked bread and morello cherries.
Finish: Turkish delight, figs and coffee.
