A brand new Dalmunach, and this Octave cask is a sister cask to our one earlier this year.
It's had 6 months longer in the Sherry Octave cask, so it's had a lot longer to invigorate the spirit
It is of course, exclusive to TyndrumWhisky!
One of the first few independent releases of this fantastic young distillery. The Dalmunach Distillery is built on the site of the old Imperial distillery and owned by Pernod.

Distilled back in 2016, and bottled 2020.
Finished for 9 months in a reconstructed sherry wood Octave cask, which has invigorated the spirit even more!

Notes from Duncan Taylor PRE Octave (ie before it was put into Octave cask): Creamy, melted butter, red fruits, clean and nutty.
