The Alistair Walker Whisky Company, based in Scotland, was established in 2018. With almost 20 years in the scotch whisky industry. Alistair Walker took the plunge and decided to forge his own path - as an independent bottler.

This is the Deanston Whisky release, aged for 10 Years.

Tasting notes:
Colour: Light gold.

Nose: Layers of banana, toffee and cinnamon - very big crème brûlée notes.

Taste: A very spicy dram, with big peppery overtones - quite zingy! Accompanied by somelovely sweet flavours - custard creams, Butterkist toffee popcorn, vanilla and a touch of coconut.

Finish: Spicy and mouth-warming

Ideally paired with Highland Chocolate from Chocisky.
