Colour Tawny.
Nose Baked fruits - apricot and raisins. Singed toffee and toasted oak.
Taste Very rich - dessert style. Bountiful raisins and sultanas. Crème brûlée with butterscotch. Mixed spice and aniseed. Apricots dusted with brown sugar.
