Depaz VSOP Tres Vieux Rhum Agricole

In Martinique, since 1651, at the foot of Mount Pelee volcano and at the edge of St. Peter's Bay, the Habitation The Mountain produces cane to sugar on exceptional lands bathed in Zunshine.

In 1902, everything was destroyed by the eruption of Mount Pelee. 7 years later, Victor DEPAZ revived the Habitation, the Plantation The Mountain then the Distillery that carries since the name Depaz.

Aged for at least 7 years.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance – Appearance – Light mahogany colour, golden almonds. Nose – A rum with a rich, complex range of aromas: a blend of vanilla and chocolate. Fruity notes: roasted dry fruit and prune. Hints of tobacco and coffee.
Palate – Palate – Characteristic touches of mellow woodiness and liqorice. Aromas identical to those found on the nose. Good roundness and a very pleasant.
