Depaz XO Hors D'Age Rhum Agricole

In Martinique, since 1651, at the foot of Mount Pelee volcano and at the edge of St. Peter's Bay, the Habitation The Mountain produces cane to sugar on exceptional lands bathed in Zunshine.

In 1902, everything was destroyed by the eruption of Mount Pelee. 7 years later, Victor DEPAZ revived the Habitation, the Plantation The Mountain then the Distillery that carries since the name Depaz.

Aged for at least 8 years.

Tasting Notes:
Appearance – Appearance – Colour of golden almonds/dark red/pale mahogany. Nose – A rum with a rich, complex blend of fruity and woody aromas. Blend of spices and fruit. Mix of roses, chocolate and vanilla. Notes of woodiness and liqorice.
Palate – Palate – Mellow notes of woodiness.
