Crafted from 100% Pedro Ximénez and aged for five years in bota, this PX is intensely concentrated yet remarkably refined, lifted by a vibrant thread of acidity. The finish feels almost endless, unfolding gentle hints of nutmeg and clove. Serve slightly chilled alongside desserts or enjoy it leisurely after a meal, passed around the table in good company.
