The specificity of the Domain lies in the pruning of its vines. Shaped shorter it brings a better concentration in the grapes and very aromatic vines. The bouquet is pleasant and harmonious, with notes of little fruits. This Mercurey is perfect with entrecote steak, beef and lamb (braised or stewed). It pairs with ripened or soft cheeses.
