Representing one half of their new flagship core range, the Sherry Cask Single Malt is finished in 50% Oloroso and 50% Pedro Ximenez giving a full-bodied bouquet of flavours on top of their grassy, floral new make spirit.
This is a maturation style that nods to the house style that can be expected from the new distillery. A Lowland whisky with a Highland heart, seamlessly combining a sweet, grassy, and floral new make with a robust, spicy, and fruity maturation style.
