Engine Italian Organic Gin is a distilled gin crafted in small batches by master distillers in Alta Langa, northwestern Italy. It is produced using Italian and organic ingredients, reflecting a modern interpretation of traditional Italian botanical spirits.
The recipe includes Tuscan juniper berries and wheat alcohol, combined with a selection of botanicals such as sage, Sicilian lemon, liquorice root and damask rose. These ingredients are distilled to create a gin with a balance of citrus, herbal and floral character.
Bottled at 42% ABV, Engine Gin is produced in Italy and presented as a contemporary gin inspired by historic Italian rosolios and cordials.
