This release is finished in a single hand selected Cóte-Rótie red wine single cask from the Cóte-Rótie region of France.

No colouring of chill-filtration.

Tasting notes:
The nose bursts with oak spices and autumnal red fruits. The palate reveals cocoa, creamy cereals and sweet dried fruits. The finish lingers long with more spice and charred wood balanced by fresh, zesty citrus peels.
