Each release of Fettercairn Warehouse 2 Single Malt will showcase a maturation journey that enhances the tropical distillery character derived from the copper cooling ring distillation process.
Batch No.001 has been crafted using a handpicked selection of first fill American and European oak casks; filled with spirit that flowed from the stills in 2010 and has since been maturing in Fettercairn warehouse 2.
Tasting notes:
Colour: Natural colour of amber gold.
Nose: Melon, pear and honey combine with vanilla and ginger.
Taste: Creamy coffee gives way to grapefruit, spiced apple and cinnamon.
