Official notes from Douglas Laing:
The nose reflects its rich gold colour being full or richly sweet, syrupy and cereal based character. The palate is mellow, fudgy, vanilla'd and syrupy, running to a finish replete with a mellifluous waffles-and-maple-syrup style
