This 1989 Girvan is a single cask bottling for Douglas Laing's Old Particular range of whisky.
Distilled December 1989.
Bottled March 2021.

Nose - Dark toffee developing quickly to rich spices (cinnamon and nutmeg) and vanilla'd oak.
Palate - Strawberries and meringues with lashings of thick cream running to cereal and brown sugar.
Finish - Long - more of that vanilla character apparent plus candied citrus peels and butterscotch.
Distilled at Girvan Distillery. Bottled by Douglas Laing.
