The Tasting Notes
On the nose experience notes of red apples and poached pear with soft vanilla ice cream, a dash of runny honey, and a hint of floral sweet smoke.
The palate is creamy and smooth with notes of toffee apple, poached pear, leading to rich salted caramel and baked apple crumble.
The finish is elegant and delicate; notes of honeydew melon, lemon zest and apple crumble accompanied by a light oak spice and a welcome wisp of sweet smoke.

A limited edition release of 2250 bottles at 58% ABV. A marriage of three unpeated casks with two peated casks; initial maturation with first fill ex-bourbon before a long secondary maturation with French Cognac casks for three years and four months.
Bottled on the 9th of April 2024, this is a smooth, honeyed and elegant single malt with notes of sweet smoke, rich honey, poached pear, dried apple, vanilla ice cream, and oak spice.
This 'lightly peated' Cognac-influenced release is the first time Glasgow Distillery have married together peated and unpeated cognac-influenced whiskies. The sweet smoke from their peated single malt compliments the elegant orchard fruits and rich vanilla characteristics provided by the Cognac finish.
