Inspired by Chris and Andrews first Rally in nearly 20 years. The Speyside stages start in Elgin, so this Glen Elgin seemed like the perfect dram for the moment. Normally they would be pretty nervous of 1st fill sherry and delicate Glen Elgin, but this is an American Oak sherry cask so it's not as dry and spicy and the balance is really good.
Matured in an American Oak Oloroso Hogshead
