Distilled in 2014 and bottled in Autumn 2025, this 11 year old Glen Elgin was initially matured for 7 years in ex-bourbon hogsheads before a 4 year finish in first fill Oloroso sherry hogsheads. Cask numbers 2100094 and 2100096.
Glen Elgin, established in 1898 and designed by Charles Doig, operates with long fermentation, slow distillation and worm tub condensers.
