The Tasting Notes
Nose
A spicy, damp oak style gives way to mocha and raspberries with a dark toffee sweetness on the nose.
Palate
The palate is thick and moreish... treacle, chocolate coated raisins and ginger balanced by a buttery barley character.
Finish
From allspice to espresso, juicy plums and orange zest, the finish lingers wonderfully.
