The nose reveals an elegant dried apricot style running to maple syrup, milk chocolate and honey'd barley. The palate is thick and fulsome with home-baking, vanilla cream and a mocha depth. The finish lingers wonderfully . . . Anticipate a spiced oak character with pineapple and peaches in syrup.
