Made from the Bordeaux region's rare white grape, Sauternes is a celebrated French dessert wine made sweet by the 'noble rot', which dehydrates the grapes and concentrates their sugars.
The specially selected hogshead casks have imparted luscious notes of ripe peach, caramel sauce and stem ginger on their honey-forward spirit.
Specially selected for the UK, this wood collection bottling is natural colour and non-chill filtered., allowing the unique character to shine through.
