Bottled exclusively for the UK, this sophisticated GlenAllachie 14 year old single malt obtains its classic vanilla and spiced tones from maturation in 1st and 2nd fill American Oak Barrels before being re-racked into Oloroso Sherry Puncheons for over 2 years. The secondary maturation period in rich Spanish Oak delivers bold dark fruit and indulgent chocolate notes. The whisky was monitored frequently to ensure the achievement of exceptional balance between wood and spirit influence, before being bottled at natural cask strength for the ultimate flavour experience.

The GlenAllachie Wood Finish Series consists of innovative single malt expressions which feature distinctive influence from the wood. Our Master Distiller, Billy Walker, works with niche producers from around the world, sourcing small batches of outstanding casks that will perfectly complement the GlenAllachie spirit.
