Brandied plum, intense mocha and honeycomb, with caramel snaps, molasses tart and rich cocoa.
Plum syrup, treacle and warmed heather honey, followed by black cherries, mocha and brandied orchard fruits, with crystalised cinnamon and ginger.

Part of The GlenAllachie’s Masters of Wood series, this 19 year old single malt showcases Master Distiller Billy Walker’s renowned expertise in cask selection and wood management.
For this limited release, Walker selected rare casks that had previously matured sherry within a traditional solera system for more than 55 years before beginning a new chapter at The GlenAllachie. The influence of these venerable ex-solera casks has helped shape a whisky of remarkable depth and complexity, highlighting the interplay of wood, time and craftsmanship.
Bottled at 50% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered.
