Nose: Bursting with toasted oats, liquorice and heather honey, with hints of cardamom, black truffle and gingersnaps.
Taste: Lashings of spiced heather honey, aniseed and strawberry jam, followed by notes of walnut and pecan, with ginger and cinnamon on the finish.
