THE SINTEIS SERIES – PART I
‘Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh) meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, embodies our cask creativity as we merge two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions. Uniting rich single malt matured in first-fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry puncheons and Chinquapin, a native American oak from the Ozarks in Missouri, has created a medley of dark fruit, baking spices and chocolate tones.
We proudly present this Sinteis Series bottling at a cask strength of 57.8% ABV, natural colour and nonchill filtered, allowing the unique spirit to speak for itself.
No Colour Added, Non-Chill Filtered.
The Sinteis Series introduces a bold new chapter for GlenAllachie, a forward-thinking addition to their award-winning portfolio. The collection launches throughout 2025 and explores the dynamic relationship between virgin oak and traditional sherry casks.
