‘Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh) meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, embodies their cask creativity as they merge two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions.
Merging single malt matured in Oloroso Sherry casks with spirit from rare Scottish virgin oak barrels has resulted in a harmonious fusion of dark chocolate, grated nutmeg and citrus fruits. Bottled at a cask strength of 58.2% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing the unique spirit to speak for itself.
