Glencadam Reserve de Burgundy

Glencadam Reserve de Burgundy Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been created in small batches by Their Master Distiller, who has carefully selected single malt matured in exceptional American oak ex-bourbon casks from their historic dunnage warehouses.

The single malt in these casks has been expertly married then finished in hand selected Pinot Noir wine barrels from Burgundy, France.

Glencadam Reservé de Burgundy has been bottled at 46% alc/vol, at natural colour and is non-chill filtered.

TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Rich aromas of dark fruits, Morello cherry jam, stewed plums and chocolate mousse.

PALATE: Sweet and oily with layers of cooked blackcurrants, Brazil nuts, brambles and banana bread with hints of espresso, clove and star anise.

FINISH: Mocha coffee and Black Forest gateaux fading into warming ginger, nutmeg and cedar spices.
