Tasting notes...
Nose - A rich sherry aroma with a slight herbal influence. An earthy, leathery background is warmed by peppery oak, adding a delicious contrast to the sweet notes of marzipan, mediterranean fruits and rich dark chocolate.
Palate - Robust, sherry Highland characters loaded with vintage oak spices, molasses and prune cordial, all combined with dark, chilli spiced chocolate. A lingering musky warehouse note adds to the classic finish.
