Glenfiddich 30 Year Old - Cask Selection #44

The 30 year old is one of Glenfiddich's rarest and most precious whiskies. It is a product of time, of 30 years spent maturing in the finest European Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon casks, a rare whisky acquiring an exquisite complexity of fragrance and flavour. But the whisky also benefits from the time the craftsmen have spent looking after it, especially the Malt Master, who personally noses and tastes every cask, an intensely time-consuming process. After handpicking each whisky, he then marries them together to achieve their final sublime harmony.
