Two bottles were taken on the journey, one to savour during the trip, and another which will be auctioned off later to raise more money for the charity.
Glenfiddich donated all the profits from these bottles to Walking with the Wounded.
Originally a 'Race' to the South Pole, the teams joined together due to the weather, they reached the South Pole on the 13th December 2013
