Nose: An abundance of herbs, dired fruits and a hint of fresh black pepper. With time fresh apples give way to more robust sherry notes and bitter chocolate.
Palate: Fresh apple and cinnamon, more black pepper and and plenty of rich sherry notes. Water brings zesty ginger and seville orange marmalade leading to freshly roast coffee.
Finish - Spicy oak and malted barley contribute to a very long finish.
