Sweet gorse flowers lead into vibrant lemon and lime aromas; candied tropical fruit develops, peppery; pink grapefruit flavours mingle with dark chocolate truffle and hints of passion fruit. The lingering charred oak finish has a delicate freshly picked rose petal floral edge.
