The Coastal Cask Series is a collection of ten casks celebrating the moment Glenglassaugh restarted production of its lush, coastal spirit in 2008.

Distillery Master Blender, Dr.Rachel Barrie, has carefully chosen each exceptional cask from Glenglassaugh’s coastal warehouses to be bottled exclusively for this collection. The collection offers single malt aficionados from across the world a rare opportunity to experience the coming of age of Glenglassaugh's coastal single malt, with all casks aged between 10 and 11 years.

Every cask was distilled shortly after the distillery’s reawakening and has been selected to demonstrate the lush, coastal and distinctive character of this traditionally-crafted Highland single malt. As time passes and character evolves, the full collection has taken all of its deepening colour from coastal maturation in oak. Each cask bottling in the collection is, by its very nature, an exclusive one-off: non chill filtered, bottled from a single cask, individually hand-numbered and with only a limited number of bottles available.

The collection truly captures a significant moment in time for the distillery and a whisky whose character is richly defined by the distillery’s location and nature’s elemental influences.
