Nose
Awash with red apple and ripe melon. Heavenly and well rounded, it drifts into hot porridge topped with brown sugar.
Palate
Full bodies, round and rich. At first macerated fruits, marzipan and walnuts; then warm spices, dry cocoa and lingering Seville marmalade.
Finish
Long, warm and dry.

Matured in a generous share of oloroso sherry casks, their 18 year old Highland Single Malt is full bodied, round and rich with notes of marzipan for a long warming finish.
In the stillness of their quiet glen, they know that patience is rewarded. For every minutr most whiskies spend in their stills, theirs spends three, only then is it transferred into casks. Themselves prepared for six years.
