Bottled at cask strength, this delicious golden-hued dram is un-chillfiltered, unfussed and untamed, the closest thing you'll get to opening the cask yourself. Matured in one third sherry casks, half refill casks and a small selection of bourbon barrels.
With a perfect balance of baked lemon, malt biscuits and sticky toffee pudding on the nose. The pleasant weight and vibrant notes of vanilla gives way to a long finish of dates and honey.
