North America, the summer home of the geese gracing their glen every winter, inspired this whisky's white oak bourbon and virgin oak cask maturation.
Tasting notes:
Nose: Vibrant oak, vanilla, bright citrus, sponge cake, crisp red apple, ginger spice, unripe banana and a hint of violet.
Palate: Soft and playful, crème brulee, fruit gum sweets, candied lemon, jam tarts and tinned pineapple.
Finish: Lots of toasted oak laced with caramel
Cask Makeup: First Fill Bourbon and Virgin American Oak.
