Official Tasting Notes:
Colour: Dark copper.
Nose: Dynamic. Toffee, caramel, fresh ginger and allspice.
Taste: Lush. Deliciously sweet. Pop tarts. Demerara sugars, creme brulee and Hovis digestives. Super spicy and peppery notes come through towards the end. These re-charred casks can be quite fantastic.
