The Tasting Notes
Deep and mellow, laden with apricots, plum and baked apples. Then comes chocolate, with a gentle hint of oak, alongside truffles and star anise.
Peppery on the palate, before a burst of fruit with stewed apples, plum, ripe cherries and raspberries, swathed in milk chocolate.
A hint of Glenmorangie’s signature citrus notes, followed by waves of oak, fruit and sweet spices.

Distilled in 1991 and bottled in 2018, this 26 year old release is part of Glenmorangie’s Bond House No. 1 Collection.
Initially matured in bourbon casks, the whisky was then split into parcels and finished for over a decade in oloroso sherry casks and Burgundy wine casks. A portion matured in new toasted oak was also included in the final vatting.
