Matured in a Sherry Butt.
Nose - Opens with a gentle tobacco style, then warms to spiced fruit and barley.
Palate - More spices, with butterscotch and macerated sultanas, plus a cereal style.
Finish - Honeycomb to the fore, but all these other tastes are neatly contained.
