The deliciously dark colour reflects the sherry maturation while the nose brings a burnt brown sugar sweetness with allspice and sticky figs. The palate shows a damp leather quality with black cherries, tracle, golden syrup and malted barley. The long finish reveals dark stewed fruits, nutmeg and cocoa.
