Tasting notes:
Colour: Mahogany.
Nose: Brown sugar, coconut and Morello cherries. Heavily stewed raisins and sultanas. Treacle toffee.
Taste: Super sweet, rich and velvety. Really big raisin and sultana notes, reminiscent of clootie dumplings. Mocha and cocoa. Just a hint of cinnamon.
Finish: Long and syrupy. Deceptively smooth - no indication that this sits at a chunky
Ideally paired with Speyside Chocolate from Chocisky.
