Complex with sweet aromas of strawberries and boiled sweets, contrasted by miso and cigar leaves.
Oily mouthfeel with warming spices. Notes of rum soaked raisins, almonds, plums and black cherries with undertones of umami.
Strawberries, black pepper and balsamic vinegar.

Another bloodtub expression from Woodrow’s! One hogshead of Glenrothes broken down into 8 different bloodtubs consisting of European oak, American Oak, PX, Oloroso and Montilla. Vatted back together after 3 years. Super complex, perhaps a bit of a sherry bomb but Glenrothes characters are still alive. A medley of dark fruits - plums, cherries, cranberries and winter warming spices.
