American oak casks drive the salted caramel sweetness whilst European oak layers the dried fruits and spices leading to a full rich single malt at 46.4% ABV.
Rich raisins and sultanas open, Vanilla and Cinnamon follow. Ginger and hints of nutmeg are warming. Hedgerow fruits and maturing oak closes.
